I offer support to children, adolescents, and young adults who are facing social, emotional, academic, and behavioural challenges. I specialize in psychoeducational assessments for ADHD, giftedness, intellectual disability, learning disabilities, and autism. In counselling, I can support anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulties with social skills, managing academic demands, and adjusting to new diagnoses.

For caregivers, I offer consultations for guardians seeking strategies to motivate their children, enhance academic skills, or manage challenging behaviours.

I believe in an individualized, client-guided approach to help young people build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and find personal well-being. I strive to provide an inclusive environment for everyone. I am welcoming of people in the neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ communities.

My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward your personal goals, foster growth and well-being, and gain a deeper insight about yourself or your loved one. I’m excited to connect with you!
